When feeling like things are adding up just remember to do one little thing toward change. You don't need to take on the whole problem, that usually results in a meltdown. Just one small step. Whether you do nothing or one small thing, time is going to pass and the deadline will come. Usually all will be fine whether no matter what you choose, but you might feel better if you take time to do one small step towards the goal. One today will be one less tomorrow.
