I'm not sure how, but 364 days have passed since the big 40. Not sure how they went by so fast. It's official, I'm in my 40's. I've been nursing a bum hip since August. I forgot two evening meetings for the kids in the same week!!! Drove to the wrong neighborhood to pick up Allison from mentor group. I feel like I could fall asleep sitting up with my arms crossed most days. I have two daughters that say, "Dude" and "like". And I realized last week that there is 18 years difference between my age and the age of my graduate student. I am now "the wise teacher". Supposedly filled with wisdom from my "years" of experience. I'm not sure but I'm thinking I liked it better when I knew next to nothing and could go hang with the grad students at the bar for a drink! Oh almost forgot to mention I'm considering going back to school! Yep for sure I'll be the oldest one there!

Happy Birthday to you. yep feel that way too. Though my daughter tells me what to wear or not. Now that can hurt. Oh it is only beginning. As for school you go girl.
