Hurry up spring

What do we do with all this snow? Cold? Cabin fever? Salt on the rugs? Dirt and muck on the garage floor? Paint...that's what we do! Imagine looking at your kitchen from the family room and seeing beautiful golden, sunshine yellow..It warms the whole room, adds contrast to the white trim and maple cabinets. But most of all it helps us remember warm days of playing outside, "mom, can we have a lemonade stand?" Filling the kiddie pool, growing plants, pulling weeks (actually therapeutic, for those of you have never tried it!), hanging with friends on the driveway watching the kids play, kick the can when it gets dark, watching fireflies and trying to count them all, waiting for the shooting stars to light up the sky, road trips to the beach, busia and jaja's and grandma and grandpas. Ahhhh, the sweet sights of summer...please hurry!
